hahh i guess it's a big thing for me 'cos we were losing so badly at the front part and if i don't patch up as i'm the last person we'll diee. & MY OPPONENT IS STELLA. Yes, S-T-E-L-L-A! The pro pro person at LA :O so this was how the debate game went. [:

Best person at the front & back. Back person is the strongest. AKA. Most pressurized one. ):

We had a trial run, and i was second last. :X my opponent is qy. When i went up i hugged wenli and hahah qy was laughing her ass off. she didn't even get to say a word. [: Anyway we lost that round. Shichen was the last. And stella & shichen was fighting, rather with each other than convincing wenli. SHICHEN'S FACE WAS SOOO DAMNED RED! :D ahahhaha. stella was SCREAMING. and i mean SCREAMING. like really SCREAMINGG. poor wenli. D: then we had the REALL one. (: that singlish topic.

so we were discussing and thinking up of points and who say what so that there'll be less chances of repitition. :D they all started saying, "I think we should put a person who's really strong in english at the back." i was busy writing down the points then suddenly kayla said, "BERNICE!" then everybody said, "BERNICE!" & hence. i became that most stressed one. FIGHTING WITH STELLAAA! HMPH.

at first our group was losing like shit. seriously. weiyu kept on moving to stella's group. she explained to me later that our front team members weren't that good. but it's okay. I'm sure they tried their best. :D then i was really scared 'cos it was almost my turn. i kept on adding more points and elaborating more in my mind. SOON PEARLYN WENT UP BESIDE ME. EEK! my turn next. with stella!

NOW EVERYONE HAD GATHERED AROUND US. Stella - Weiyu - Me. they were waiting for the final showdown. LOSE/WIN?? And at this point weiyu was at STELLA'S GROUP! which means i have to bring it to the middle (she move one step). and it'll be a draw. everyone was whispering things into my ear & it was so hard to keep calm before my turn. FINALLY I'M SUPPOSED TO STEP UP. :O :O :O
FREAK OUT!

ahhh. I went up & hugged weiyu & went, "Hey weiyu, we're friends since primary school. Must listen to me." (actually i wanted to add, "when you were said i comforted you." but i forgot.) Then i rattled all my points and stressing on the important words. STELLA WAS BOOMING BESIDE ME. !!! She was so freaking louddd. I was scared that weiyu can't hear me so i raised my voice a little. Weiyu, was it very loud? Sorryy... THEN THEN THEN.

weiyu moved TWO STEPS to OUR group. OUR GROUP! [: (i wanted to write more "our group" but i guess it'll be really stupid.) someone was hugging me. okay some PEOPLE were hugging me. i'm not really sure who. i think one of them was rae. didn't really take note. all i heard was "bernice you did so good!" .__. i so did not. i didn't know what to say cos stella's voice made me forget everything. OOH I LOVE WEIYU! so we won [: she;s supposed to move ONE step. But she moved TWO! TWO TWO TWO [: i'm being stupid again. then we got two chocolates! [:

i think stella was mad. sorry stella. ): but weiyu wasn't biased! she is NOT biased! she was NEVER biased! unless it was *ahem* then maybe she'll side *ahem*. BUT SHE'S FAIRR. [: like when rae & cecilia was fighting she didn't side rae! she sided cecilia! even though she was closer to rae. SEEE! she's being fair. [:

i got two hershey chocolate! one purple one brown :D I LOVE HERSHEY <3!

I think debating is something that we do in our everyday life. Simple thing: treat your topic as something you really agree with. Like if you want to go our with your friends and your mum doesn't allow, all you have to do is debate. If your mum allows, that means that you win. If you lose, try harder another time with a different technic. It's not about winning; it's about convincing. :D

i think i wrote too much on the debate thing. 'cos it was important. i was like really exhilarated when weiyu walked two steps to our side and we won. like really happy. like the time when i got my psle results. super super happy. :D AHHH I HAVE A BIG EGO D:

anyway. i know i've not been posting for a loooong loong time. that's why i'm posting a long post now! the last post was on... 29 june. :O so long already. WE HAVE OUR BLOCK TESTS! erm on the following week.

sometimes i wonder how people have unlimited vocabulary in their minds. and when they write compositions flowery words come out. like WOAHH. so cool.
